Quartermile One is the first of four office buildings to be developed within this significant new part of Edinburgh’s commercial landscape.
Designed by Foster + Partners it raises the standard for office accommodation and provides some of the most stunning space in the City.
With a masterplan providing 300,000 sq ft (27,870 sq m) of premium office space, 100,000 sq ft (9,292 sq m) of retail space and more than 900 apartments, Quartermile is a major new urban district in Edinburgh.
In addition to the newly built space within Quartermile, the masterplan allows for 7 acres (2.83Ha) of open landscaping, over one third of the total site area, complementing the Meadows which already provides a unique amenity for Quartermile residents.
